Pros
Solid project manager. He was very upfront and honest that the contract was up for bid. We did not win, but I went with their offer because of the project manager. V2X is trying to retain as much of the team as they can. Integrity goes a long way. Awesome team.
Cons
PTO takes a long time to accrue. But they give you sick days as well so give and take.
