The small agency environment adds to the integral role you play in whatever position you're working in. You won't be a lost cog in a machine here and you'll feel like part of the family so long as you can keep up with the fast pace.

Maybe you won't like starting work at 7am... Then again, you get off at 4pm. You be the judge.

V2Works is an awesome place to work, with a positive team oriented environment, where every day is enjoyable. The company offers a fun, fast-paced environment that allows you to work on multiple project types and design styles at any given moment; and the structure allows designers to fully manage their own projects, from concept to completion, executing the design as well as finessing the production until it reaches perfection.

Until recently, there were a few "bad pennies" who brought the morale of the entire company down. The ex-employees really made the entire staff feel on edge and completely depleted of creativity. Their negativity not only hurt the enthusiasm of the team, but also diminished their own evolution as a designer. While V2Works tried to work with them and give them the benefit of the doubt, there was no turning them around, and in the meantime lost one great employee and almost lost another. Fortunately, since the bad influences have been removed from the company, V2Works has done a complete 180 and is operating on high creative energy with effortless teamwork.
