Pros

Near Thane station the only thing good about this company. you can learn from management and managers about how a person can shamelessly exploit employees. if ever want to see the worst human being looks like look at the owners and managers

Cons

continues hiring and firing is there in the company if you want to ruin your career you can join this company. management and managers in this company don't know how to handle the client and project and put pressure on the team to complete the project with giving them clear idea about the project I was in depression the period I work for this company .Too much micro-management - company owner wants to get in each and everything unnecessary They don't have any technical knowledge, but they still think they know everything. they fool freshers with 2 years of bond and outoff which 1 year is probation. Employees that are working in the company are the people how are good in licking management boot, good in doing office politics and freshers with bond. They give peject deadlines to clients. even if there are now resources for that project and put pressure on employees to complete the project with unrealistic deadlines.no sick leave and don't get sick on friday or monday because they will cut ur money considering it as unplanned u have to plan that u are getting sick If u take leave on Friday or monday ur salary will affect also they consider sat sunday as leaves

1. Lack of management + no respect to tech team. 2. Micromanagement on peak level. 3. Give hourly estimates for task 8.5 hours a day. No breather. 4. If estimates look dicey it will be checked by some freelancer developer to see if you are not cheating on task timeline. 5. Anytime shifting to another projects and work on that we new estimates. 6. Give proper reason of estimates and why this much of hour. 7. If u stuck with error make a doc of it explain what exctly it is and sit extra time to solve, can’t change the estimates. 8. In the name of agile something else is going on. 9. U will be asked to maintain test cases and develop so that u wont make bug in that estimate time. 9. Need updates frequently. 10. Service based company no job security.
