      The only pro is timing, i.e. 8:00 to 4:30.

      Cons

      It is full of cons. Because of covid, only 25% salary credited to us. No work culture No transparent policy

      Great learning experience, complete ownership of your area. Implement new strategies to increase sales, plan your marketing campaign, make each store an profit center.

      Cons

      Good option for growth if you show result. Sometimes micro management also, depends upon your boss, good company to start your career and learn about business.
