There is zero culture. There is such high-turn over with employees (at every level) that it is hard to even know everyone's names. They also don't tell you this in the interview process, but they don't actually have a desk for you. You need to book your desk a month in advance and it is a constant stress trying to find a seat--even though they ask you to be there 3x a week to start. It's a mess and creates a lot of confusion. This only adds to the disjointed culture of V2. People tend to be competitive, catty, and cutthroat. If you make a mistake, even a tiny one, you are cut down from your manager within the hour. It's a culture of fear, high stress, and zero compromise. Expectations are incredibly high and if you don't get the results they want, there are major issues. Management barely has time to provide you with feedback and everyone seems to run a mile a minute, creating a culture of stress that spins out.
