None at all. Everything about the HR department was insanely one of the most worst experiences I have had (I cannot use the exact words to describe this since this is a professional platform).
I wouldn't even recommend this place to even one of my worst enemies if I had any.
The only good thing I learnt is, WHAT NOT TO DO when I become a manager myself in the future.
Cons
This is where things get interesting. Let's take a look. If I can put negative stars for the ratings I would have.
- Low Salaries (being an IT company the salaries are not acceptable - if you have a degree/masters and want to get paid less than an office assistant this is the right place for you. The salary concern was raised for about 3 times but no action was taken).
- No room for growth since very clerical tasks being done - as a recruitment executive I was doing intern level work.
- The HR department is micro managed.
- Company politics is high & no proper procedures to handle conflicts and employee grievances.
- No flexibility at all (This was only for the HR dept.)
- The HR team is not allowed to mingle with the other employees or even have conversations with them (which in my opinion is one of the crucial aspects in HR - employee relations).
