Dont let management see you speak to anyone on the shopfloor even if its for assistance, unrealistic timelines for jobs, last minute travelling, home/work balance favours work heavily. Dont make suggestions to managers as they will disregard what you say. You will get stick from the customers when you get to site due to management not telling you the full story or not giving you the full job list till youre on site. definitely feel excluded when away on jobs with little experienced help. You are required to pay for your own expenses so they require you to be good with money. If you want to progress up the ranks with the company you have to be a YES man.
