Pros

Relatively flexible schedule so you can schedule Dr appointments, attend important family events, etc. If you work there, you'll have good coworkers, a little bit of drama, but really good people. There are occasionally some fun holiday/office events.

Cons

Benefits are a joke, the insurance they offer, better off going with Obama Care. You'll end up working crazy long hours with no overtime or appreciation. The owner's of the company don't care about, or have any loyalty for, their employees. Appreciation must have been left out of the Utopia dictionary. Their over inflated portfolios make the work load unmanageable, and upper management will continue to beg for another portfolio to be started to alleviate the issue, however this will never actually happen. Owner's want to continue to grow the company, but refuse to properly staff. Turn over of employees is obscene.
