      Pros

      You meet really great people. The tenants can be really difficult but they're only human. I connected with a lot of people. Management was decent at first. There is a lot of independent work. You don't have a boss breathing down your neck.

      Cons

      The training is sub par at best. You can beg to be trained. Even have trainings on your schedule and you won't get it. They make you feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells waiting to loose your job. They gave me so much fear for my life and my sanity. It was so many false promises that completely killed any drive that I had that lead to poor performance. Zero support.
