Pros
The CEO and the Directors really genuinely care for their employees. They have some great recreational areas where you can play pool, table tennis, go to the mini cinema, use the yoga studio, last but not least the bar for all of the staff. The CEO created his own beer called "Piggy Brew". The bar is open after work, and on the last Friday of the month they have an open bar where you can drink as much as you like. All of the directors and supervisors are there for you when ever you want. If you have any questions to ask them they are always open to you. The feel of the company is very close like a family. Everyone looks after your well being and they are very sympathetic. You get a lot of benefits like shares, a pension, health care and more for you and the family. There is a gallery where employees can show their art work. Some pieces do get sold, so you can make some money through something you love doing. From sculptures, paintings to photography. Utility Warehouse don't only want you to do your job but they want to nurture your abilities too. They have two big events one is in the summer and the other is the BIG Christmas party. The last Christmas party was great! The CEO dressed up as Willy Wonka and the place looked like one of the sets in the movie. I really love the atmosphere too. There are whiteboards everywhere so you can write down what's on your mind.
Cons
The only con there is, is that you work one Saturday a month. But this doesn't matter, because I love the place. Everyone goes home with a smile.
