Friendly community atmosphere, job security, staff benefits, management make an effort to make staff feel valued and their voices heard, decent canteen, events throughout the year, regular incentives, commissions etc.
Cons
Could be more room for progression and sometimes things took a long time to implement or to be addressed but nothing too major.
