A constant cycle of organisational change. The CPTO has left at short notice after a year of significant transformation across the organisation. There is very little clarity around the reasons for the departure or what it means for the future direction of the business. There are also concerning signs that UW may be moving towards an IT-as-a-delivery-function model, rather than a product-led operating model.
