No work life balance - Assembler I Utility Trailer Employee Review

Very hot working conditions, have to come in off the clock and prepare without pay for the days work, unless you like being behind and being ridiculed, and its usually not to your face. These supervisors go to your coworkers and talk about you in order to get them angry with you so your day is miserable. Its an awful place, its really good pay, but it can be a trap because if you ever leave its hard finding similar pay rates, sort of a golden handcuff situation. The long hours, working in high temperatures and constant hurry -hurry is so exhausting. And also the attendance policy is severe. Points never seem to go away.
