Pros

Relaxed dress code and friendly atmosphere among lower level emloyees.

Cons

This company is simultaneously hyper restrictive and lacking in training. They will give you orders without communicating expectations. Seems like they value their employees very little, rewards minimally and expects huge return. Nepotism in practice. Poor communication and minimal training sets you up for failure.

Pros

Really good company, so much opportunity to learn new things, they always start new special projects.

Cons

Sometimes pay may not feel like it matches your work. Training could use some work.

Pros

I work at UDS; a rapidly growing company quickly setting process in place as we grow. Each day is different and we see new faces almost on a weekly basis because of how fast we are growing. Lots of steady work, and nice people. The owners are VERY approachable and genuinely care which makes working here seem like I am part of a bigger picture. This company feels like family for sure.

Cons

As a rapidly growing company, sometimes adapting quickly to new processes can seem like a "con" in the beginning, inevitably ends as a "pro" in the end. So, although listed as a con, it's more proof of our growth.
