The company strives to make it a positive place to work. There are many nice perks (company outings, small rewards for milestones along the year, holiday bonus) and big perks like 100% paid health insurance. The facilities are new, or newly renovated. Good employee comradery and willingness to help one another.

Growing fast, so sometimes a challenge to keep up with workload - but not impossible. Career growth within the company was limited, but that is improving with the company growth.

The team here is fantastic! It’s an incredibly collaborative and welcoming environment. I’ve been given great opportunities for growth and can clearly see a long-term career path with UIS.
