Everyone is out for themselves. Management promotes snitching and back stabbing. The owners live out of state and are never there. It's a chaotic and unstructured work environment. There is absolutely no accountability. The owners operate to shut up the existing employees rather than fix any problem. This company consists of 3 spoiled men who have tantrums at other people's expense when they don't get their way. They are completely out of touch of what is really happening in their own company. Barely a week goes by without someone getting fired or walking out with no notice. Everyone is doing 3 jobs since they are always understaffed. There are absolutely zero employee benefits. Nothing to keep you there so you collect the check until something better comes up.
