Pros
Like my title suggests, if you lack experience you have a good change of being hired and getting some in the IT industry. There are some really great people who work there and I made some really great friends along the way. There are a lot of intelligent people who work there you can learn a lot from them if you take the time to ask questions. I guess its cool that you get free food on Fridays and there is a keg of beer. Although you would have to be out of your mind to think its ok to just crush beers.
Cons
Working as a developer or QA you will be expected to work over time. This sucks since most people are salary. In my opinion this is a top down problem from management and they over promise to get a sale they cannot deliver on. Salary sucks in my opinion. They pay average at best and from talking to a lot of people who work there I would say I consider many to be underpaid. The raises were garbage when I worked there, it was basically a cost of living increase. Management seems to fight with each other and blame is shifted to wherever it needs to go to make the person look good. Nothing is learned and the same mistakes are repeated again and again.
