Pros
Good company to work at, good people, a lot of work which creates a lot of experience opportunities so you need to embrace them
Cons
Very low pay considering it's part if GTA comparing to some other works in even the same area. Huge volume of work, which only increases, but you don't feel appreciated with that kind of pay
