If you can tolerate working here, there is job security. If you can't tolerate working here, it's great experience to take to another employer who will pay you a competitive salary. They pay for employee's base health insurance.

Low morale! A quiet working office, and you will get reprimanded for talking. They will yell/raise their voice at you if you mess up. Long hours, low pay. Your salary never changes, but they will claim your salary increases annually with "discretionary" bonuses. No HR, so if you have an issue you have to speak with management, who isn't very helpful.
