      Great MD. Opportunities to develop and hone your skills, chance to proactively learn new things everyday, amazing work being done if you're ready to be open-minded and learn.

      Cons

      Lack of work-life balance, too much importance placed on hierarchy of management. Financial issues bottleneck every project. HR is useless, disrespectful, and will never be of help to employees.
