Pros

Work from home was only positive

Cons

Insane workload supervisor don't care literally most day I work straight through and 8 hour shift not taking a lunch or a break and still couldn't finish the workload but management treat you poorly and acts like you could do better they have no clue how to lead a team extremely disorganized everyone has different answers and nobody else want to take any blame they put it all on the adjuster. The communication is embarrassing . You send an email to ask a question takes the supervisor until almost end of the day to answer but then blames you when it turns into an escalation because you don't know how to handle the claim . The pay is not worth how you get treated . Look at other departments you will thank me I promise .

Great leadership, benefits and culture. Utica rewards hard work, but also offers a work life balance.

Pros

Great work life balance, Manageable pending, Great benefits, Generous PTO, The interview process was efficient and straightforward, and the recruiter was extremely helpful, maintaining clear communication with me every step of the way. This company is very thoughtful in its approach to onboarding, taking the time to ensure employees are set up to succeed rather than being overwhelmed with an excessive workload. I truly feel valued here and don’t feel like just a number.
