My Honest Experience at Utazzo – A Reality Check for Job Seekers

Working at Utazzo has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. The so-called founders often project a very polished image on LinkedIn, but the internal reality is entirely different, something that everyone within the system knows, as do many who have already left. The work environment lacks transparency and accountability, and most employees stay only for survival until they find better opportunities. Motivation is low, and genuine feedback or improvement suggestions are rarely valued. Many ex-employees now actively caution others against joining because they don’t want anyone else to go through similar treatment. Serious concerns have been raised internally regarding compliance and management ethics. The overall financial and operational direction of the company remains questionable. I truly hope the leadership reflects on these issues rather than focusing on maintaining appearances online. Until that happens, I would strongly advise prospective candidates to do thorough background checks and speak with former employees before considering any offer.

I joined as an visa executive, and over the last 8 years have grown to head the visa department, I have been given multiple opportunities for training and to represent our company directly at embassies. as an Department head i do the planning for my team and set goals and targets for them and all of us qualify for very lucrative incentives. Overall a great company to work for, the management is very supportive, work life balance is great and I don't work like an employee I work as its my company.
