I have not had any experience of micro management here. Managers trust employees for the most part to pull their own weight and get the job done. The people are good and friendly. I have had lots of flexibility with my job.

Support can be lacking. A lot of times you can feel like you're on your own to get a job done. Raises can be difficult to get.
