Pros
It's Like Family, and Professional too! The people who work here care. They actually do go beyond to make sure their emplyees are well taken care of and heard. The Benefits are outstanding and I regret that it didnt work out, due to my own personal conflicts.
Cons
If one is an Independent provider for children with demanding schedules, this was not a place to try to juggle. Like most employers they want one present, UTA most definitely went out of their way to help me with the challenges i had at the time, and still was unfortunate that i had to leave.
