      Pros

      Love their focus on building the community. Some employees have worked here for ages and have contributed greatly. Lots of good training and leadership development classes.

      Cons

      Can be click-y. Because it's government, some times they are slow to innovate and accept new innovative ideas.

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

      Cons

      The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

      Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

      Cons

      Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
