      Toxic work culture Underpaid & Underappreciated Management has NO clue what goes on and cater to the people who've been with the company 30 years and should retire, but they MILK it and do nothing but pass work off to others because "they've put in their time, and it's time you learn"

      The people you work with are pretty nice.

      Cons

      There are seems to be favoritism when it comes to promotion. If you aren't one of the favorites, you can pretty much count on a long wait to get promoted.
