There is also a clear sense of mission in everything, from community involvement to internal collaboration. From greeting members at the door to remembering personal details, the level of care is way above average but it is also what sets Utah First apart from other financial institutions. There are pros and cons for every workplace. I'd say Utah First has high standards for communication. Promptly following up on emails and phone calls can feel demanding but it also ensures that we are being reliable and responsive.
