Pros
Sales director is awesome, enthusiastic and invested in the employees of the company, even ones that don't fall under his management.
Cons
Middle management from different departments are constantly at war with one another, and the now current director of marketing and operations cultivates an incredibly toxic environment, makes unprofessional hand gestures to other managers and employees behind their back and gossips. Sales reps can get away with a lot of missteps without being reprimanded; one being a drug addict that would never show up, fall asleep on the job but still managed to remain employed for months. Another would drink too much at cocktail hours and behave inappropriately.
