Utah Community Credit Union is a good company overall. I felt like they genuinely cared about their employees and provided solid training that helped me grow professionally. I had a great experience with my managers at the Provo East Bay branch. They were supportive and always quick to have my back when dealing with difficult members. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn more about financial services, and my coworkers made the environment positive and collaborative.
Cons
Advancement opportunities were limited. Despite consistently performing well, I remained a part-time employee for over a year, which was frustrating. The work environment could also be quite stressful at times, especially during busy hours or when dealing with upset members.
