Pros
Compensation package was alright compared to other employers in the area. Nice, clean, well-kept offices.
Cons
Senior management power trips were frequent and ridiculous. You never know what to expect from a seemingly inocuous meeting. It was clear early on that something was just not right behind the scenes.
