Pros
Pay is compettitive for the industry. Work can be interesting at times and although sometimes tedious is rarely overly difficult. Coworkers are generally good people. Location has plenty of transportation options and facilities are generally well kept. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Long term viability of the company's assets are in question. Industry has new emerging technology and unless ownership moves along it is in danger of getting left behind.
