Great Company - Laboratory Manager Uson Employee Review

Hybrid work schedule, best Manager I've ever had in my working career. Best hiring experience. Great group of employees who care about taking care of customers, continuous improvement and innovation. Excellent work-life balance. The company genuinely cares about the well-being of its employees and makes them a priority. Good benefits and above average salary. Uson is a small company owned by a large company, so there are typical small company challenges, but over-all, it's a fantastic place to work.

No Christmas bonus, at least not for my department. 2022 raises barely covered increased cost of living. Some staff work in cubical, which is only an issue if you're accustomed to having an office. The cube style makes for a loud and sometimes distracting work environment.
