Pros

Good relations with team members

Cons

- no real training provided even though it's entry level role - bullying from management when raised concerns - forced to change my contract term I signed initially without consulting - asked to work past working hours with no compensation - targets are not reachable by anyone in the team - systems change every 2 weeks without allowing you to thorough adjust and excel in your work - cheap out when it comes to investing in employees - blatant favouritism from management between team members - flexibility only when suits management - no work life balance

Pros

Working at Userpilot has been a fantastic experience. The company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. One of the best things about Userpilot is the fast-paced, dynamic environment—there’s always an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects and make a real impact. The team is highly talented, supportive, and passionate about what they do. The company also offers competitive benefits. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally while working on exciting challenges.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, and sometimes priorities shift unexpectedly. This can be exciting but also a bit overwhelming if you prefer a more structured environment. Communication between teams could be improved to ensure better alignment, especially as the company scales.
