Cons

60 % of the times not paid on time. I have left the company without being paid for 3 months continuously. The higher management does not care whether you are paid on time or not, instead shift blames. they are not clear on what they want and keep dancing between requirements. They expect you to be available on weekends and past working hours. Project managers are unclear and dont know how to plan tasks. they have lost over 10 employees in the course of 8 months and had 7 resignations in a week. Its a toxic company with terrible management and HR. They have been dodging the Labour department. They have not paid income tax and EPF , SOCSO for over a year. Please don't be in this company unless you are okay to be obedient to the boss and get rewarded the bare minimum.

-The fast-paced nature of the work and ambitious goals can be demanding and may not suit everyone. Some require longer working hours to meet timeline... definitely not for any weak souls... -The expectations for coding proficiency and exploratory mindset are challenging for those with less technical experience or ppl like to be told specifically what to do... -The introduction of new processes often requires quick adaptation... The focus on continuous improvement and risk-taking may feel overwhelming for individuals who prefer more structured or traditional environments...

- Quick interview process, from HR interview - User interview 1 and 2 - offering.

Cons

- Got working visa/working permit and already resigned from my previous job, but never got on boarded. - Management keep the excuses if I asked what's happening with my hiring process.
