Cons
There is a general understanding from mgmt that regular people don't mind recording them selves talking and giving 3rd party software access to mic and screen. Clearly, that is not the case. This trickles down even to peer departments and problems with scope, budget and timeline turns into back talking about performance. In effect, entry and associate employees see the tasks as a zero-sum game where they can step up by delivering easy projects and get the acknowledgement caused by a general lack of understanding of the difficulty level.
