UserTribe has transitioned from a startup to a scale-up w. great tech & global ambitions. Some of the more concrete pros include: - Managed to work with the biggest clients in DK and Globally (even as a relatively small company) - Young, vibrant and colorful culture - A lot of responsibility if you are up for it! - Flexibility in work locations/hours - Great tech capabilities - giving the foundation to scale globally
Cons
If you want a steady 9-17 job I recommend a bigger more stable firm - but if you like the entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture this is more for you :-)
