Pros

UserIQ has been a very exciting company to work for. We recently graduated from ATDC's startup accelerator program, and have been growing fast since then. Some of the best things about working at UserIQ are: -The transparency: The leadership team strives to update the company each week on our goals are and how we're going to hit them (or where we've missed and how to pivot). There are no secrets or 'behind closed doors talk' here. -The team energy: Everyone plays a very important role in our company success, and we truly believe in the mentality that we win as a team and lose as a team and strive to collaborate in order to succeed. -The passion: Our CEO, Rachel Orston, and our founder and Chief Product Officer, Aaron Aycock personify the word 'passion' and it inspires every employee to work hard because we understand the impact and role we each play in growing the company. -The people: There are very smart, innovative and just great people that work at UserIQ. I truly enjoy everyone on the team, which makes it exciting to come to work every day.

Cons

If you're not willing to think outside the box, work hard, or be challenged, this probably isn't the company for you.

Pros

Flexible environment. (to an extent) Opportunity to share your own ideas. (to an extent- usually when it benefits your manager or they can take credit)

Cons

- Toxic leadership - Lots of office politics - Lack of diversity in leadership roles & company as a whole (in US) - Doesn't promote mental health and internal employee sentiment - Lack of career advancements - Poor bonus structure and bonuses are way out of reach - Although there is an open-door policy, feedback is usually taken to leadership and nothing comes out of it. (CEO will come back and say you're just complaining) - Lack of empathy and understanding, if you make a mistake be prepared to be reprimanded like a child

Thank you for your time and for what you've accomplished. We're sorry your experience here did not meet your expectations. As for your remark on the CEO, his door is always open -- for phone calls, lunch and more -- for every employee. Always.
