- Everything is Usay way or the highway - Every penny that they can make out of you, for example your time/working hours, commission deductions etc. will be squeezed out of you if they can 'justify' it in anyway - Very much a company that you feel as though you aren't valued as an individual and you're very replaceable - Sales as i know can be stressful but this job is particularly stressful at times - Some of the more senior members of male staff can forget that it's a professional relationship they should have with their staff - it can be uncomfortable to witness - a friendly relationship is fine, but an inappropriate one is going to land them in hot water eventually
