Awesome work environment - Contact Centre Manager Usay Compare Employee Review

Having been a part of the management team for 3.5 years, I would like to say how much I enjoyed my career at Usay. In my time I managed 5 different disciplines and consistently achieved results through effective people management. I disagree with some previous comments. The Directors are supportive and strive to move the business forward. I enjoyed every minute of my career and only left as I needed a bigger role and there wasn't the opportunity at that time. It's a fab place to work. I was able to implement change which was positively received by the Directors. I feel privileged to have worked there and would go back in an instant for the right role.
