      The owner and recruiting leadership are fake and misleading. They are not honest at the end of the day and paint a picture that is not the real case. They act like they have some secret sauce and try to take credit for what everyone accomplishes. That's the way it is with too many companies, but this one claims to be different

      Pros

      -decent benefits for a contract role (with Meta) -good and timely pay -401k matching -responsive recruiter

      Cons

      Overall my experience was very positive. The contract was terminated prematurely after 4 months due to Meta layoffs. Only issue I had was with the last paycheck regarding unpaid PTO hours and missed 401k contribution. Was resolved after contacting HR after about a week.
