Pros

Token holiday parties and events. Employees are nice.

Cons

Executive management doesn't care about people. Despite his false charm, it seems current CEO (Rob Kill) believes all employees are disposable. Everyone is worried about their job and who will be canned next.

Pros

Good work/life balance, what you do is noticed and recognized, smaller company so not all of the red tape of a larger company. We are immerging and there will continue to be growth and with growth comes opportunity.

Cons

There are some former Uroplasty employees that still have negative attitudes but they continue to be weeded out and I am confident that they will either change or be gone very soon....likely the latter.

Pros

Many employees truly care about their jobs and the products the company makes. Small company feel in main office. Budgeted employee lunches or treats.

Cons

New executive management is an about face of prior management. With the departure of Kaysen and Jawani, all-new leaders. Any remaining officers under much scrutiny. Much distrust.
