Management, or the lack of leadership, is the most anxious-driven force in the company. A constant need to appear productive, regardless of how much is impactful with standard quality. The insensitivity with employees has created low morale within the company. In spite of the ongoing issues that happen, the structure of the company lacks knowledge in how to deal with communication and provide the stability that it claims to be proud of having.
