Pros

The pay is really good compared to other jobs out there. The job itself isn’t difficult either, for the most part you sit at the front desk answer the occasional phone calls, help residents out with any small issues and direct people where to go, the package room shifts are pretty calm too when it’s not holiday season. From a business standpoint Urby as a whole is a fast growing company that has a lot of value and potential.

Cons

However expect to be fired 6 months from being hired for no reason at all, as they will make something up if they don’t like you or don’t fit their fake image. Keep an eye out for people from HQ as well as they also like to find a reason to get you fired even if you’re doing your job. Management for the most part cannot be trusted, they like to act friendly and caring but that is a front they like to put up. Expect any complaints you have to be disregarded or forgotten about from management as again, they don’t care even if they tell you they will take care of it. And then they wonder why the company has a high turnover rate, when people from maintance, RCs, management are leaving left and right.
