      The small company makes getting help easy, with hands-on training. You start out designing wood and will be introduced to concrete and steel slowly.

      Cons

      A small company means smaller projects. There are still opportunities for larger projects but they don't usually go to the youngest engineers.

      The people are amazing and very supportive.

      The commute. I live between 40 min - 1 hour away depending on traffic.

      Pros

      Awesome place to learn and grow as an engineer. The senior management and team members are very knowledge and have robust experience. Perfect sized company.

      Invest in latest and greatest technology and resources that can improve efficiency.
