      There is such a smart, collaborative, fun team who is passionate about skincare and the company's mission. The people really seem to like each other and it is less about egos and more about just getting things done.

      Cons

      Like most beauty companies, it is an intense environment with lots of work to be done. But there also is a feeling that we are all in it together.

      Dynamic and fun place to work. I like working in the beauty category. And I love the products. And the new 4 day work week is amazing!

      Nice coworkers and free products

      Company was terribly managed from the top under the previous CEO and the staff suffered the consequences both mentally and financially. Highly stressful environment with extreme lack of planning and constant last minute changes
