In my case I worked directly with the Specialty Leasing VP and The Marketing VP whom were excellent bosses, mentors and role models. -Great benefits including health insurance,401k options, great vacation time, etc. - Fully Support your continued professional education: They paid for conferences, my Real Estate License, and my Broker License.

No complaints about the company. However as it relates to the job responsiability some tenants can be difficult to work with but thats normal everywhere.
