      Friendships + relationships with coworkers Fun environment I mean... you're working with puppies

      Cons

      Left dogs alone overnight, sometimes upwards of 12 hours. Male employees tend to get paid more despite female manager.

      Pros

      Lots of activity and busy work to keep you occupied. Friendly staff and promotes teamwork and coordination. Positive attitudes are easily accepted. Bad employees are easily seen.

      Cons

      Customers forget we are responsible for 100's of animals. The work hours can be odd, but with a good work ethic you can request your time.
