Pros
It's a great place to learn. . .what not to do. Some of the coworkers were great. The benefits were decent. The extras were good. Potlucks, trips to Taste of Chicago for the day, tuition reimbursement, and the employee of the year award gets you a trip for two to anywhere in the world. Some of the people working there are really crooked. These people either didn't know what they were doing, didn't do what they were supposed to do, and things like that. A lot of rumors go around there. I didn't believe them at the beginning but when you hear something enough, you begin to. In the end, they probably all were true.
Cons
Not enough leadership skills of management, not enough knowledge from management, lack of trust in some of the employees, some of the daily practices were outdated.
