Toxic work culture - Project Manager Urban Management Centre Employee Review

Okayish work experience. Not relevant to the job role, but it's something.

Absolutely horrible work experience. The four people managing the company are extremely rude, inconsiderate, unorganised people I have ever come across. They claim to be working for livelihood empowerment and social causes so uplift the underprivileged. But their own employees are treated like subhumans. They run on ego alone and if you stand up for yourself, they will go to any lengths to threaten you and "show you your place". It's not at all worth joining this company if you want to retain your self worth and mental peace

Starts late in the morning, sometimes flexible

Low remuneration, lots of politics, Top 4 people run office under monarchy ruling.
