Staff is friendly; no micro management

Absolutely zero organization. No one, including the owners and managers, have a clue what is going on or how to properly run a business.

Staff are friendly & the management are reasonable about work/life balance

Owners & Managers have terrible organisational management skills & systems in place for all staff to understand. Throw a lot of blame on staff & puts on high pressure to get lots of projects done on extremely tight deadlines, one mistake leads to harsh criticism. The main designer is VERY hard to work with on top of it all, causing you to to constantly watch your back.
